Assign/replace [O2S] teachers and handle Cancel/Restore on 🔒 O2S sessions.

How to Switch from O2S Base (base.o2s.app) to a School's LMS / CMS

When working inside O2S Base (under the Class tab), there are 2 ways to open a school's LMS or CMS:

1. Method 1 — Top-left school filter bar: Change the school dropdown from the default All LMS to a specific school → The LMS and CMS buttons appear immediately to the right of the dropdown.
2. Method 2 — Inside any expanded session row: Click to expand any session row → The Open LMS and Open CMS buttons appear right next to Enter class (works even while viewing All LMS).

🔐 Auto-Login SSO for O2S Teachers ([O2S])

• O2S Teachers ([O2S]): Clicking Enter class or LMS on O2S Base automatically signs into your linked teacher account at that school (SSO) and launches the class without re-entering credentials.
• Root Admins: Clicking LMS / CMS opens the target school's portal in a new tab (without binding a teacher account).

🔒 Permissions on 🔒 O2S Protected Sessions

For classes coordinated with O2S seconded teachers (marked with 🔒 O2S in Column 11):

• School Admins & Coordinators: Can freely swap internal school substitute teachers (School Teacher ↔ School Teacher), set External Room URL, write Notes, and click ✓ Confirm on Next Material.
• O2S Central Admin (O2S Admin): Manages Cancel, Restore, and assigning/replacing [O2S] seconded teachers to prevent cross-school schedule conflicts.

4. 4 Steps to Launch a New School & Class

STEP 1

Create School & Branches

Launch <school>.o2s.app and add branches in CMS 2.0 → Agencies.

STEP 2

Set Up Courses & Syllabus

Use O2S V2 syllabus (Blue) or upload School V1 syllabus (Orange) with auto-matched .mp3 audio.

STEP 3

Add Teachers & Students

Create accounts in Users; combine school teachers with seconded [O2S] teachers.

STEP 4

Create Class & Bulk Schedule

Create Group → run Scheduler → click ☁️ Sync once on Event Board.
